EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field and ten years of professional level experience in human resources. Four years of experience at the managerial level successfully managing programs in one or more areas of human resources. Experience with human resources information systems (HRIS) is desirable.
INTERVIEW SELECTION PROCESS: The selection process may include one or more components to demonstrate applicants’ knowledge, skills and abilities in job related areas. These may include exercises such as practical demonstrations, written communications, oral interviews and/or competency assessments.
Directs the design, implementation, communication and administration of the Authority's Human Resources (HR) functions. Directs all activities and staff in the following areas: Compensation, Employee Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), Occupational Medical Services and Wellness, and Retirement Benefits.
